How fast is delivery?+

Most orders arrive within 60–90 minutes during opening hours. Priority delivery is available at checkout for £1.50.

How do substitutions work?+

If something is out of stock, your shopper messages you with the best alternative before they buy. You only pay for what you accept.

What if an item is missing or damaged?+

Tap 'Report a problem' inside your order. Missing or damaged items are refunded in full within 24 hours, no questions asked.

Can I cancel an order?+

Free of charge until your shopper starts shopping. After that, you're liable for items already in the trolley.

Is there a minimum order?+

No minimum. Order a single pint of milk or a full weekly shop — your shopper will sort it.

Do you deliver alcohol or cigarettes?+

Yes — to anyone who can show valid photo ID. We operate a Challenge-25 policy.

How do I become a shopper?+

Apply via our Become a shopper page. You'll need a DBS check, a car and a smartphone. We pay per drop plus 100% of tips.
